I have many passions in life, from the great outdoors, to beekeeping and (my latest obsession) carnivorous plants. But my greatest interest, my life-long passion, is learning about and understanding how the human body works from a holistic perspective. I have been practicing Classical Chinese Acupuncture for over 12 years, during which time my training has branched into other fields, including massage, personal training, and cranial-sacral therapy. Over the years I became more and more interested in understanding the body from a biomechanical perspective and it was in that pursuit that I discovered AiM. I attended my first Anatomy in Motion training course in 2015 and have been studying and applying its principles ever since. I have attended every immersion (6-day) course in Australia, including in a mentor capacity at the Lower Leg Mechanics course in 2019.
