Rachel has been practicing for 16 years and specialises in Japanese Acupuncture - a very gentle and effective form of treatment.
She has a wealth of experience in supporting women and men as they undergo fertility treatment. She is also very familiar with treating women during pregnancy for issues such as morning sickness, constipation, low energy, insomnia and stress - and in helping women to prepare for birth. Post-natally she is able to provide assistance with issues such as exhaustion and breast-feeding difficulties.
Rachel takes a collaborative approach and often refers her patients to other practitioners as appropriate. She enjoys working in this way to best meet the needs of her patients.
Rachel is also qualified in the use of Western Herbs and Constitutional Facial Acupuncture. She successfully treats people of all ages - from the elderly to the very young. She is trained in Shonishin which is a Japanese Acupuncture method specifically designed for children.
