Dr Michael Mould is a consultant anaesthetist specialising in providing high quality anaesthesia across a broad range of surgical specialities within the Newcastle and Hunter Valley region.
Dr Mould is originally from the UK and completed his undergraduate medical training at St George’s Hospital Medical School in London, where he was also awarded with a BSc in clinical pharmacology, a national research fellowship and subsequent national prizes for his contributions to pharmacology research.
Dr Mould completed his extensive anaesthesia training with the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists and also elected to undertake a prestigious fellowship at Oxford in the UK where he focused on providing anaesthesia for patients having complicated cancer related surgery, complex gynaecology surgery, multi-organ transplant surgery, robotic urological surgery, maxillo-facial, orthopaedic and plastic surgery with a specialist focus on regional anaesthesia.
