There is also an option to become a provider. In light of this new initiative, here are a few great programs to get your kids active. They will have a blast, and you’ll get the best bang for your buck!

KIKOFF Soccer centres provide high-quality football coaching courses for children. They will develop your child’s soccer skills and they’ll have a great time doing so! They also offer holiday camps and soccer themed birthday parties, all tailored to your own preferences. KIKOFF is a unique option for your child’s birthday, bubble soccer is even available for kids over 8 years! If you don’t know what bubble soccer is, type it into google and don’t show your kids unless you’re ready for the desperate begging to begin!

Martial arts are awesome for all kids to experience! It builds confidence and character through the art of discipline and these skills can be used in more than one area of your child’s life. The thought of partaking in martial arts might seem relatively scary for kids, which is why they offer both beginner and intermediate classes to children between 5 and 16 years. The best part is, you don’t need to enrol at the beginning or middle of the year, enrolment is available at any time. Classes are available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Ready Steady Go Kids offers multiple sports for children to help develop essential motor skills in a fun, non-competitive environment. This is a great program to get involved in, with a wide variety to choose from and a welcoming community. Sports available include soccer, tennis, basketball, hockey, athletics, cricket and T-Ball. Sports are taught in 2 week blocks, enough time for kids to learn the basics, yet they aren’t likely to get bored of a particular sport.

Tutu Studios offers preschool and toddler dance classes. Ballet classes are held for the little ones and a bigger variety to school aged students, such as tap and jazz. Your kids will have a blast dancing to fun beats, always to age appropriate music! Dancing is an exciting way for your children to let loose and keep active. It is also a way in enabling their confidence to blossom. Kids aren’t the only one’s who will get a lot out of dance classes. There is nothing sweeter than watching what your child has learnt in dance class, whether it’s in class, at home or at the end of year concert!

These surfing guru’s offer classes to both adults and children, with many options to choose from, dependant on your preferred learning style. You can sign up your child for a one-on-one class to make sure they get the most out of the time they spend on the board or you can enrol them in a group class so they can make new friends. There are after school programs and holidays camps available if they are keen to learn fast! They also give back to the community; mental health programs, free lessons for indigenous and disadvantaged youths, surf safety weeks free for the local community and more, so you know you’re giving your money to a great bunch of people!
