Suzie began practising natural therapies for over 25 years, (first as a Reg nurse) then Bowen Therapist. She is still in awe of how this amazing technique can help give effective pain relief so quickly with so many different injuries, aches & pains. It is gentle & deeply relaxing, allowing the body quiet space to relax while the affected areas release the tension & restrictions. Usually you have 3-4 sessions within a month & then we review. You are encouraged to listen & learn from the signals your body is sending, and encouraged to do easy stretches & simple yoga postures that will assist your recovery & ongoing progress. Suzie also teaches Dru Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness classes to groups, schools, corporate. She can tailor programs to suit each client using the mind/body/spirit connection with the above skills plus life coaching & hypnotherapy to help clients better manage their physical and emotional stress so they can embrace the joy in their life!
