I have been practicing on the Central coast NSW since 2004. I am very passionate about my modalities in been able to improve the quality of life wellbeing for people whose health has been compromised. I have a Diploma in Bowen Therapy and are also a Emmett Therapist. As a Reiki Master and I also offer reiki treatments at the practice.
Bowen Therapy is a very gentle and subtle therapy, it is performed on the superficial and deep Fascia. If we work gently and with respect, our nervous system will respond amazingly. The therapist delivers small precise moves over muscles ,ligaments, tendons and nerves allowing the body time to reset itself. This then allows joint and skeletal freedom of movement.
