Dr Michael Benporath is the owner and chiropractor at Prime Health Co. He holds a postgraduate International Certificate in Sports Chiropractic. His clinical interest is in managing athletic and sporting injuries, functional movement, performance optimisation and rehabilitation.
Michael's treatment approach is hands-on, combining various different soft tissue and joint-specific techniques with rehabilitation to achieve the most effective outcomes for his patients, in the shortest time possible. His additional training in the fields of sports chiropractic allows him to assess and treat pain or injuries in any region of the musculoskeletal system. Some of the treatment techniques he uses include dry needling, mobilisation & manipulation, cupping therapy, fascia release, massage & stretching.
