Jess is originally from the Western District, having grown up on the family farm west of Portland. After completing her schooling, she went on to spend a year in England working as a volunteer.
Returning to Australia, Jess attended RMIT University in Melbourne and graduating in 2008 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Complementary Medicine- Chiropractic), and a Masters in Clinical Chiropractic. She has since divided her time between her young family and working in practices both in Bacchus Marsh and Ballarat.
Jess and her husband Jon have two daughters, Lorelei and Philippa. Jess enjoys time in the kitchen (despite the 2 little helpers), still manages to find time for the occasional book and enjoys downtime by being crafty.
