Garret has been working at Capacity Health since 2018. He loves to help his patients and educate them on how they can reach their full health potential. It’s fulfilling for him to see them go beyond just being pain-free but moving and functioning at their personal best. Techniques Used Providing his patients with natural Chiropractic care is gratifying for Garret. He uses Graston, an instrument-assisted soft tissue technique, and Kinesio Taping. In His Spare Time Outside of the practice, Garret enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures. He is also heavily involved in his church.
