Susanna Zito is a Dr in Clinical Psychology with over ten years experience registered in Australia with AHPRA. Susanna works with people experiencing a range of mental health issues including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma or other difficulties like complex life transitions. Susanna has international work experience having led trainings in Fiji for counsellors in local NGOs, supported clients of drug and alcohol rehabilitation clinics in Thailand or led Yoga and Psychology wellness retreats in Bali.
In her sessions Susanna offers a warm and safe environment in which issues can be explored to help the client shift their life in their chosen direction. Susanna utilises evidence based thereupetic practices.
