HOME VISITING SERVICE
I have undertaken health & aged assessments, advice and support for 14 years in a federal government agency based at a major metropolitan hospital for persons over 60. I also provide a private HOME VISITING service/ counselling - supporting families of, older people or people over 40 years old who have chronic health conditions, anxiety or lifestyle adjustment issues which impact on their independence at home.
Clients seek better management of their health conditions to live a full and engaging life in their community; their families are supporting them to remain at home with services; or clients are adjusting to the diagnosis and management of a new medical condition like diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, inflammatory conditions or a stroke.
I can get you both government & privately funded services in a timely and flexible way.
