Dr Maia graduated in Brazil in 2002. He was influenced by his father and his aunt, both of whom are very talented dentists. After working a few years in Brazil with his family he decided to move to Australia in 2007 with his wife Milena and has been working in the Tweed Valley since 2008.
His professional interests lie in cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics and root canal therapy. He approaches every treatment with a gentle and caring nature.
Dr Maia has 2 young sons (Dylan and Oliver) and in his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and surfing.
