Dr Carla Simoes graduated from UFRGS (Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul) Brazil with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2004, before completing her post graduate education at Melbourne University in 2010. Prior to joining the Maven Dental Mermaid Beach team, Carla has worked in a variety of public and private practices in both Brazil and Australia.
Understanding that each patient is different, Dr Carla Simoes takes the time to understand their individual needs and concerns in order to develop a tailored treatment plan. With patient experience at the forefront of her mind, she also strives to ensure that each patient feels relaxed and comfortable throughout their visit.
Carla is also multi-lingual, with the ability to speak Portuguese, Spanish and English.
