Dr Michael Zhang obtained his dental training at University of Melbourne, graduating with honours in 2010. He was also awarded the prestigious Dean’s Honours List for excellent grades throughout the course. Dr Michael has worked in private dental practice in metropolitan Melbourne for over 10 years and is highly experienced in all aspects of general dentistry. He has developed a special interest in restorative dentistry, endodontics, orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry over the years.
Dr Michael takes pride in his gentle and calming approach to dental procedures with great attention to detail and has built up a large following of patients whom have a fear of the dentist. He believes being a good listener and taking time to understand his patients needs and making them feel at ease are the keys to building rapport and patient’s confidence with each dental visit. Dr Michael regularly attends advanced courses and conferences in Australia and overseas to better serve his patients.
