ScDon Sellars qualified in 1975 from Edinburgh University. He went into practice in Scotland starting as an associate, and then owning the practice. In 1983 looking for a fresh challenge, Don immigrated to Dublin, South Africa, where he worked as a locum for a year before starting up his own practice which he ran until 1999. From 1999-2006, he did several locum jobs in UK and South Africa, interspersed with several sailing trips, before taking up a job offer to become the principal dentist at Corio Dental. He has extensive experience in general practice, and although has no major preference of type of work, likes to see a treatment plan work well from start to finish. In his personal life, Don is a very avid golfer and is involved in yachting alongside his wife Avril.
