Dr Janita Shah is a Specialist Paediatric Dentist from The Seychelles. She obtained her Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in Paediatric Dentistry from the University of Melbourne. She completed her specialist training at the Royal Dental Hospital Melbourne, the Royal Children’s Hospital and Melbourne Dental Clinic.
Janita is passionate about all aspects of Paediatric dentistry with a particular interest in caring for children with special needs and anxious behaviours. She is known for her gentle, bubbly, and friendly nature.
Janita is also involved in teaching dental students at the Melbourne Dental School and keeps herself up to date with professional courses both locally and internationally. Janita is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Paediatric Dentistry, the Australasian Academy of Paediatric Dentistry, and the Australian Dental Association.
