Dr AK attended UWA with a scholarship and graduated in 1980 to serve the Health Department of WA. for 6 years in the Pilbara and the Kimberleys.
In 1986 A.K commenced his private practice in Kelmscott which he ran for 21 years treating over 50,000 patients in the region.
In 2008 AK was approached by his patient Dr . Sheryl Thrussel, the then GP for Tom Price who recommended AK to Rio Tinto to be the Dentist for Tom Price. AK accepted the offer and commenced practice in Tom Price in 2008. Today AK has treated most of the people of Tom Price and Paraburdoo, Karratha, Newman and Onslow. AK's forte is Dental emergencies ( people in pain) as well as Cosmetic dentistry and Wisdom teeth and Implant surgery. AK has placed more then 3000 dental implants. He is also an outstanding accredited Invisalign practitioner correcting orthodontic problems for both adults and teenagers. And of course as is the case with all experienced Dental Surgeons AK does it all in a relaxed atmosphere
