Carolyn is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and member of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA). She graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Science (Nutrition and Dietetics) with Honours Class I and commenced work in the Shoalhaven as an Accredited Practising Dietitian before moving on to Westmead Hospital, specialising in diabetes and weight loss.
