I am a non-diet Accredited Practising Dietitian, meaning I don't believe in diets and food rules when eating. Instead, I help my clients implement practical and realistic strategies so they can achieve their food and nutrition goals without feeling like they are on a diet. I have experience in disability, healthy eating, diabetes, heart disease, and fertility nutrition.
I am currently practising via Telehealth on Mondays, 8am-6pm, however other times can be arranged.
