Fiona specialises in the areas of weight management, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, irritable bowel syndrome (using theFODMAP approach), food allergies and intolerances, arthritis and inflammatory joint disease.
As a keen runner, she also has a particular interest in the effect of nutrition on sports performance. Fiona has completed a Certificate III in Fitness and a Sports Nutrition Course at the Australian Institute of Sport.She enjoys sharing her knowledge and passion in this area.
