Sarah’s professional background lies in the UK where she spent 17 years working as a Dietitian. Her experience as a clinician is diverse an includes the dietetic management of patients requiring enteral feeding, malnutrition, gastroenterology, surgery, burns, and spinal injuries, diabetes (type 1,2 and gestational),cardiovascular disease, CVA, overweight and obesity, renal disease, mental health, eating disorders, the elderly and oncology. Sarah moved to Australia 9 years ago and started working in private practice on the Gold Coast where she continues to manages patients requiring dietary treatment for various conditions.
With a passion for food and nutrition she is fully aware of the impact diet and lifestyle has on health. She enjoys cooking and eating healthily herself and is keen to share practical and clinical skills with clients for long term success.
