Anthony is interested in performance nutrition for all athletes, and is currently the Sports Dietitian for Adelaide United FC as well as being a busy athlete. He competes in road cycling and is a former SANFL league boundary umpire. Anthony has also been the Sports Nutrition Advisor to Runner’s World Magazine and worked with Adelaide Crows Football Club, Port Adelaide Football Club, AIS Track Cycling and the AIS Cricket Academy.
Anthony also specialises in renal nutrition.
