Vijay has more than 15 years clinical experience as an endocrinologist in both Australia and the UK and confidently manages all aspects of endocrinology and diabetes. He has a special interest in thyroid disease, including thyroid cancer, and has subspecialty training and experience in this area. He is former Head of the Endocrinology Department at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH) where he continues to work in the management of complex cases of Type 1 Diabetes (including diabetes technologies), Type 2 Diabetes, Thyroid disease, Pituitary disease, and Osteoporosis.
He regularly manages endocrine and diabetes problems in inpatients at Hollywood Private Hospital where he is a no gap provider for all health insurers.
