Angelique studied Sport and Exercise Science at University of Western Sydney. She had the pleasure of working for a boutique fitness studio located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney where she grasped a lot of knowledge on functional exercise and technique. Additionally, she was employed by a leading aged care facility in Sydney, where she utilised her passion and skills to empower the residents who occupied the home.
She now calls St George Health her home and works by appointment only. She enjoys working with the elderly, especially in areas of falls prevention, general strengthening, oncology and pain management. Angelique works closely with a number of GPs /specialists in the St George area with chronically injured and diseased patients and runs community workshops quarterly on various health conditions.
