App Science (Exercise Physiology) Joseph is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Director of Road to Recovery Exercise Physiology. He is an exercise specialist and has knowledge and experience in programming exercise to help individuals manage chronic health conditions. This includes cardiopulmonary, metabolic health, mental health and chronic disability. Joseph also has a particular interest in the importance of exercise for healthy aging. Beyond work, Joseph enjoys anything outdoors, coffee and competes in Olympic Weightlifting.
