After graduating from Sydney University with a Master of Physiotherapy, Lauren started working in a sports private practice treating a variety of patients. She has experience in sports, post surgical, rehabilitation and paediatrics. Lauren utilises manual therapy techniques for symptom management and return to function. She places a strong emphasis on exercise prescription for long term recovery, drawing from her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science.
On the sporting field, she has worked with NSW Indoor Netball (ISNSW), NSW State League Netball and various club level sports. She has enjoyed managing athlete injuries on game day for fast and effective return to play.
Lauren has a passion for sport, particularly netball and running, and has recently completed the Sydney City to Surf.
