Brianna is our accredited exercise physiologist here at TLC Physio, and has loads of knowledge and enthusiasm about all things exercise-rehabilitation related!
Brianna has an Exercise and Sport Science degree from the University of Newcastle, and her Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology through Southern Cross University. She is a strong believer that MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE and that our body is the only place we have to live, so it is important to look after it.
As an exercise physiologist, Brianna can prescribe suitable and individualised exercise for almost ANY condition, injury or ailment for all ages! Common conditions (just to name a few) that she works with are:
– Osteoarthritis, osteoporosis & falls prevention,
– Shoulder/neck/back/knee/hip & ankle pain,
