Ben is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist. Ben's passion for treating the human body has lead him to work in a number of fields including cardiac rehabilitation, neuromuscular rehabilitation, cardiac science, indigenous health and elite sport.
Ben is extremely passionate about the use of exercise as medicine in the prevention and rehabilitation of chronic conditions. Ben's success lies within the notion that not all clients are the same. Ben uses individualised exercise testing and prescription to produce optimal health outcomes for all of his clients.
