Graduated in Canada from the University of the Fraser Valley and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in 2009. I have over 7 years of exercise rehabilitation experience and have worked with a wide range of patients; from chronic conditions to musculo-skeletal injuries. As an AEP I bring passion, knowledge and inspiration to my work. I also strive to encourage, support, and challenge my clients to feel strong, confident and to find exercise programs they truly enjoy.
