STARplex Wellness & Rehabilitation Clinic was established in 2009 and provides both clinical exercise physiology and dietary services. We specialise in exercise rehabilitation for a number of injuries, illness & disease (diabetes, heart disease, orthopaedic surgery, weight management). We provide comprehensive health assessments that offer the client a clear understanding of their current health and with clear direction on strategies to help improve. A 10 week supportive program has been developed that helps guide people to starting and importantly maintaining required physical activity and nutrition habits. Plans established by both the exercise physiologist and dietitian will help guide you towards improving your current health with plenty of support and guidance.
We provide individualised nutrition services to help manage a wide variety of medical conditions as well as help people achieve personal goals.
