Hayden grew up and studied in South Africa, and in 2016 he immigrated to Australia to continue his career as an Exercise Physiologist.
During his University years he spent time working closely with special populations including those with physical and mental disabilities. Hayden also worked for four years as a primary school sports coach in order to gain experience working with children.
Following his graduation he worked with several professional sports teams, Olympic and Paralympic athletes, while delivering successful health and lifestyle programs for the mature population. Hayden is also a certified infant massage instructor. His passion for movement and injury prevention has even taken him to the middle of the Tanami desert.
Hayden has done a great deal of volunteer work which notably includes working with the Subiaco Lions WAFL team.
