A life time passion for sport and physical education led me to complete a degree in Human Movement and Exercise Science in 2010 to become a Clinical Exercise Physiologist.
With several years of experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and clinical research under my belt, the bulk of my clinical experience involves achieving the best patient outcomes following:
- Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injuries, including post-surgery rehabilitation and Return to Sport athletic screening
- Osteoarthritis of the knee, hip and shoulder
- Total joint replacement of the knee, hip and shoulder
- Chronic tendon injuries of the rotator cuff, elbow and hip
I have a strong interest in sport and health technologies, including wearable sensors and telemedicine; specifically, their role in assessing patient outcomes, and a means of providing ongoing patient motivation, support and remote monitoring throughout rehabilitation.
