Dr Maimuna Akbar has worked in Runcorn vicinity for last eight years. She has keen interest in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Dermatology and Mental Health. She is trained to do procedures for contraception like Mirena insertion, Cu-T insertion and Implanon Insertion. She also does minor procedures like cryotherapy, biopsies and small lesions excisions.
She is an aligned GP for pregnancy shared care with Mater Hospital, Logan Hospital and all other maternity Hospitals.
