Rebecca combines a passion for health, fitness and wellbeing with extensive knowledge of the human body to alleviate pain and promote functional alignment. She uses a clinical approach to identify the underlying cause of musculoskeletal conditions and educate clients to understand the cause of their symptoms. Rebecca's treatments are very hands on and incorporate various neuromuscular techniques, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, dry needling, cupping and joint mobilisation to rehabilitate and restore health. All sessions are complemented with prescribed corrective exercise to aid recovery, address postural issues and maximise functional movement to prevent injury.
