My passion in Myotherapy started at a young age where I decided I wanted to help give people a better quality of life. I have studied in the field for 6 years & will continue learning new forms of treatment to give my patients the best results they possibly can obtain. Sports is a big part of my life, whether it's playing netball or running, to treating at local football clubs. My treatment will focus on a thorough assessment of your condition, followed by manual techniques such as trigger point therapy, dry needling & cupping, & concluded with corrective exercises.
