I have been working in the industry since I attained my qualification in 2012, and as a member of the Massage and Myofascial Association have continued my education in diverse Massage techniques since then.
Growing up around people with health and postural issues gave me a passion for remedial massage therapy from a young age, specifically around the aches and strains regularly caused by office work.
I prefer to use a combination of lighter, more relaxing techniques mixed in with Deep tissue modalities to not only provide my clients a longer lasting treatment, but also help reduce the stresses of day to day life.
I hope to work with my clients to reduce their issues and improve their quality of life through a tailored approach to their specific needs.
