I am an accredited Naturopath and Nutritionist practicing in both Leichhardt and Caringbah NSW. I have a keen interest in children's health, pregnancy and preconception care for both males and females, hormonal health conditions, gut health and skin complaints. My goal is to address the underlying cause of health conditions and to educate and empower my clients in the process, so they can feel in control of their health and wellbeing. I love using food as medicine, and as a mum of two little people I am passionate about empowering parents to utilise wholefoods and natural medicine to achieve great health for their children and themselves. I use functional testing when we need to delve deeper into finding the cause and contributing factors to health complaints, and my treatments often include herbal medicine and nutritional supplements to support health and healing, along with tailored nutrition advice.
