Pascale is a degree qualified Naturopath (BHSc) who has a passion for natural health and what she describes as living a "Naturopathic Lifestyle". Our diets, our activities, even our thoughts and intentions impact the way that our bodies function and our innate ability to heal and thrive. With a primary focus on food as medicine, which includes the potent healing herbs nature has given us to use in our daily lives, Pascale navigates on a case by case basis the most appropriate and effective treatment for the individual and their ailment. This will often include short term therapy with nutritional and herbal medicines, pathology and functional testing to determine underlying cause and a variety of diet and lifestyle changes that will initiate the healing process, all of which can be implemented and co-managed with existing medications. In the long term Pascale's aim is to guide and facilitate for you an empowered and self reliant approach to maintaining your own health goals.
