As a naturopath I use diet and lifestyle advice, along with nutritional and herbal medicines to help my clients overcome their health problems and maintain a healthy life. Education and support are priorities in my practice as this allows my clients to take control of their health by making the right choices for them.
Before becoming a naturopath I had a 20 year career as a registered nurse, so I have been in the healthcare industry for a long time. This experience has provided me with a wealth of knowledge that has proven to be beneficial to my clients.
