Hello! I am a Qualified Naturopath and Bowen Therapist with almost 20 years experience. Previously I worked as a Registered Nurse, retiring 8 years ago after 25years experience and working locally for the last 10 years. I work closely with mainstream medical practitioners to provide you with the best possible care. I specialise in women's health and weight management, but am experienced in most areas of health including men's and children's health. I use a range of therapies including nutritional medicine, diet, herbal medicine, Bowen therapy and counselling techniques to help you regain health. I use a range of diagnostic techniques, many in line with general practitioners and some specific to natural medicine practitioners, to assess your needs.
