Balm Natural Health Services is run by Rebecca Stevens who has an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy, Advanced Diploma of Nutritional medicine, Advanced Diploma of Western Herbal Medicine, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology (Hons) and a Certificate IV of Massage Therapy.
Rebecca believes natural herbal medicine, diet and lifestyle changes are so often all the body requires to assist it to heal itself. So many people simply live with their complaints believing it’s just something they have to put up with, or blindly take strong pharmaceutical medications for life, which often simply mask symptoms and may come with other long term side effects and consequences. Rebecca is passionate about helping people take back the power and control over their own health and wellbeing and is committed to promoting this through a combination of natural medicine and small achievable changes in diet and lifestyle.
