NBM was founded by Accredited Practicing Nutritionist, Galina Iliagoueva, who supports clients of all ages in optimising their health.
Galina’s passion in health and wellness stems from her earlier career as a Medical Practitioner where she worked as a GP. Even then she used natural treatment therapy to treat patients as that is the key to ensuring sustainable wellness.
Galina’s belief has always been that prevention is better than cure and so moving into Nutrition was a natural progression for her. In simple terms, Nutritional Medicine works on the formula of what you put is what you get out. Each individual is different and so requires a customised nutritional plan shaped by their unique health and requirements.
To keep abreast of the latest developments and research in treatment available, Galina regularly attends International Conferences and Seminars in Natural Medicine.
