Dr Moir is a Gynaecologist/Obstetrician and IVF specialist who has been in private practice for 21 years. He is also the Clinical Director of QFG Sunshine Coast and TFC Sunshine Coast. He consults at his rooms at Buderim and visits Gympie monthly. His obstetric clients have their babies at The Sunshine Coast Private Hospital. Dr Moir offers a full range of office procedures, including the assessment and treatment of abnormal pap smears, ultrasound scans for both obstetrics and gynaecology problems and the latest in contraceptive treatment. Other interests include laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery and surgical and medical treatment of heavy menstrual bleeding. Dr Moir uses the Novasure ablation procedure at The Sunshine Coast Private Hospital. The Mirena device is also successfully used for menorrhagia. Dr Moir offers a full range of obstetrics services in conjunction with the Maternity Unit at The Sunshine Coast Private Hospital.
