Since March 2020, Steve has sold his OPSM franchise in Stocklands Balgowlah and is re-opening up Dr Steve Tang Optometrists in December 2020.
Dr Steve Tang graduated in Optometry from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland obtaining further professional exam certification with experience in London, Melbourne and Sydney to complete the prestigious duel certified UK-Australian Optometrist Registration. His specialist training spanned from Glasgow Eye Hospital to Moorfield’s Eye Hospital in London, one of the world’s leading eye institutions.
Steve has comprehensive fundamentals in all aspects of optometry. He specialises in retina, catarcts, glaucoma, dry eyes, contact lenses, vision testing and children’s eye care.
With extensive experience in complex prescription, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, cataracts and UV damage to ocular tissue.
Dr Steve Tang was the UK Optometrist of the year and official optometrist to premier UK soccer teams and Australian athletes.
