Norm Sparks is a graduate of the UNSW school of Optometry. He is the principal optometrist of Sparks & Feros. Having been in practice since 1984 Norm has been part of, and seen many changes in the development of modern professional eye care. He attends regular continuing education events to ensure that his patients receive up to date best practice eye care. Norm interests include retinal imaging for checks for cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, contact lens fitting and Industrial Optometry. He has completed the Ocular Therapeutics Course in 1993 run by the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
To raise awareness for need of "eye protection at work" he speaks on radio 2RPH as an eye safety advisor to industry. Norm Sparks is a board-certified optometrist and a member in good standing of Optometrists Association of Australia.
