Yang is a therapeutically qualified optometrist trained in New Zealand, with the ability to prescribe ocular medications. Having previously worked in regional Australia, Yang has gained experience and expertise especially in the treatment of chronic dry eyes and myopia control. She is able to fit hard contact lenses including for patients with keratoconus.
In 2017, Yang was recognized as a finalist for the IMB Bank Illawarra Business Awards – Young Entrepreneur Category. Yang loves the outdoors and enjoys spending her weekends at the beach. She loves Wollongong and now calls it home.
