Emma is the owner of Eyecare Plus Karalee, coming to the practice after working up and down the East coast of Australia in regional locations. She graduated from Optometry at QUT and then went on to complete her Graduate Certificate in Ocular Therapeutics, which allows her to prescribe eye drops for various eye conditions.
The thing she enjoys most about her job is solving patients’ optical problems and ensuring they feel like they are achieving their best possible vision.
At home she has a loud Texan husband, 2 beautiful boys and even a couple of chickens who keep her entertained when she isn’t at work.
This Optometrist has completed the Paediatric Optometry Clinical Education Program and is formally aligned with Children’s Health Queensland and the Queensland Children’s Hospital under the Paediatric Optometry Alignment Program
