Yasmin graduated at The British School of Osteopathy in 1991, and has over 20 years of experience treating pain using gentle hands on osteopathic techniques.
She uses soft tissue release, myofascial release, mobilisation and manipulation to treat a wide range of conditions. She also uses cold laser therapy for both acute and chronic pain and advises on posture and exercises to help improve mobility and strength.
