Lia is a qualified osteopath who graduated from University of Western Sydney in 2008. She is the principal osteopath and owner of the clinic, which she established in 2006.
She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and member of the Australian Osteopathic Association. She is recognised by Medicare, WorkCover and health funds as a health provider for approved rebated osteopathic consultations.
Lia has treated athletes with sporting injuries, children, adults and the elderly with acute or chronic pain.
Lia uses soft tissue /massage techniques, stretching and manipulation techniques and visceral techniques (organ-related, holistic approach). Lia has also trained in dry needling, Kinesio-taping, trigger point therapy and myofascial release techniques. She offers exercise, lifestyle and nutritional advice to optimise your health and recovery. She has a particular interest in foot and ankle pain
