Dr Jonathan Bispham trained as an Osteopath in the UK and has been in practice for over 28 years.
He has worked successfully over the years with all manner of physical ailments from neck pain and headaches, sports injuries, lower back pain and many others.
Dr Bispham employs massage stretch, joint manipulation, dry needling, articulation and cranial osteopathy, in his osteopathic treatments.
His focus is finding the cause of the problem rather than treating the symptoms. This approach results in fewer treatments and a long lasting result. He does not encourage regular ongoing treatments, favouring the 'find it, fix it and leave it alone' approach.
He is also a master practitioner and trainer of Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching and occasionally brings these skills to the table to treat those musculoskeletal issues caused by stress.
